Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Oval Health, Inc. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oval Health, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at care@ovaldaily.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
